Because all of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner, please allow extra time for production and shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are printed and fulfilled after you place your order.
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days (this is the time it takes to produce your item before it ships).
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Please note that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Your location
The size and weight of your order
The shipping method selected

We offer standard shipping on most orders. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). You can use this number to track your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our printing partner and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we can offer a replacement or refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
